Architectural Designer
Nelson Architects is looking for a passionate Architectural Designer to join our team in creating timeless luxury residences and exceptional architectural experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Strong design thinking and creativity.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural design, materials, and construction.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts from schematic design to design development.
- Prepare presentation drawings and client presentation materials.
- Coordinate with the project team and consultants.
- Support project execution from design through documentation.
