Business Analyst (Full-Time) – Kaizen Institute Thailand
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Type: Full-time
Travel Required: Yes (up to 50%, depending on project)

What You Will Do
As a Business Analyst, you will support end-to-end consulting engagements, from analysis to implementation planning. Key responsibilities include:
Work closely with Consultants and Clients to collect, analyze, and interpret business data, financial metrics, and operational performance.
Assist in mapping business processes (Value Stream Mapping) and identifying improvement opportunities.
Conduct root cause analysis and prepare business case evaluations for operational challenges.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track improvement performance and outcomes.
Support the planning and facilitation of client workshops and KAIZEN™ events.
Present findings in a structured and data-driven way using Excel, PowerPoint, or visualization tools.
Document meeting notes, project deliverables, and assist in writing proposals or internal reports.
Act as a liaison between the client’s functional teams and the consulting team, ensuring alignment and clarity in communication.
Support change management activities through research, benchmarking, and stakeholder engagement planning.
What You Will Learn
You will be trained on the KAIZEN™ Business System (KBS) and the KAIZEN™ Change Model (KCM) through:
On-the-job project exposure alongside seasoned consultants.
Formal and informal internal training modules.
Mentorship and feedback from senior team members.
Participation in real client engagements across various industries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
0–2 years of work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
Good command of both Thai and English (spoken and written).
A curious mind and a desire for continuous learning and self-development.
Willingness to travel within Thailand and Southeast Asia, as projects require.
