POSITION INTRODUCTORY:
A Mechanical Technician is responsible for the inspection, installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment, often performing tasks like troubleshooting, component replacement, and routine upkeep. Key duties include diagnosing malfunctions, assembling and disassembling mechanical parts, calibrating machinery, reading blueprints and schematics, fabricating parts, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining detailed maintenance records to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES:?
Minimum Senior high school
A minimum of 5- years' experience as a Technician Maker & Filter machine tobacco manufacturing.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Able to understand technical drawing and machine manual book
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Great organizational and time management abilities.
Good experience in handling machine Troubleshooting and maintenance
Extensive experience in continues improvement activity / project
Willingness to perform maintenance and repairs outside of business hours.
I am willing to do ad hoc assignments.
