JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitors and updates inventory records (inbound and outbound items)
- Checks and verifies received items against purchase orders or delivery receipts
- Conducts daily inventory counts and stock checking
- Ensures accuracy of item quantity, description, and location
- Prepares inventory reports and submits updates to management
- Monitors stock levels and reports shortages or excess items
- Organizes and maintains proper storage of products
- Coordinates with warehouse staff regarding stock movement
- Checks damaged, missing, or expired items
- Ensures proper labeling and arrangement of stocks
- Assists in cycle counting and physical inventory activities
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials when receiving, transferring, or arranging stocks
- Willing to perform manual handling and warehouse tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (Preferably Male)
- Willing to perform warehouse tasks and manual handling
- Good in counting and checking inventory accuracy
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledgeable in inventory monitoring and stock control
- Can use basic computer applications (Excel/records management)
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy
- Willing to work in a warehouse environment
- Experience in inventory or warehouse operations is an advantage (but not required)
- Willing to undergo 2 weeks of training in Marilao, Bulacan (company-shouldered).
