Job Description:
Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Mechatronics, Industrial Computations and Automation Systems.
Develop, review, and update course materials in alignment with the university’s Outcome-Based Education (OBE) framework and accreditation standards.
Supervise students’ academic projects, internships, and theses related to Mechatronics, Control Systems,or Embedded Technologies.
Conduct research and publish scholarly work in reputable journals or conferences in areas such as Mechatronics, Robotics, Industrial Automation, or Smart Systems.
Participate actively in curriculum design, program evaluation, and quality assurance processes within the Mechanical Engineering Department.
Collaborate with industry partners to align academic activities with real-world applications and technological trends.
Contribute to laboratory development, research initiatives, and community engagement aligned with the university’s mission.
Qualifications:
Minimum Master’s Degree (S2) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering with a focus on Mechatronics or Industrial Computation.
Doctoral Degree (S3) is highly preferred.
At least 3 years of industrial experience in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science fields, particularly in industrial automation or system integration.
Proven teaching or research experience in mechatronics-related subjects such as Control Systems, Robotics, or Embedded Systems.
Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and academic quality assurance processes.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and mentoring skills.
Demonstrated ability to integrate theory and practice in a learning environment.
