Business Research

• Conduct secondary research on industry trends, specific companies, or specific areas of interest

• Conduct primary research - Shortlist key questions for interviewing executives in various departments

• Summarize key findings using Word, Excel, and PowerPoints

• Conduct market and competitive analysis (Qualitative and Quantitative)

• Assist Executive in statistical analysis, customer segmentation analysis, correlation analysis, etc.

• Able to identify the key business drivers and summarize key findings using PowerPoint

• Research & Study new courses

Present Key Findings

• Share insights and results in a professional manner; written and presentation format

Learning Outcome design

• Able to help facilitator in designing course objectives, learning outcome of various courses (Course Outline)

• Design new courses that are suitable for business simulation training pattern (Board Game, Mobile Application, Computer Game)Deliver simulation requirements to both Graphic and Programmer team

  • Coordinate with the Graphic and Programmer team

• Platform Testing (both frontend and Backend) and ensuring the platform meets requirements.

Equipment and material design

• Document design, handout design, simulation equipment design

• Create teaching slides and other learning material

• Equipment and document preparation

Run workshops and training sessions

• Providing help and support to participants in the classroom

• Guide them through the Simulation process

• Bachelor's Degree

Working hours: 9.30 am – 5.30 pm From Monday – Friday (Hybrid)
