Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the procurement and category management of OTC products, including supplier development, product introduction, price negotiation, procurement channel management, and product mix optimization.
2. Based on the company's store positioning and the needs of the Indonesian local market, build a suitable OTC product structure to enhance category richness and store sales competitiveness.
3. Responsible for commercial negotiations with suppliers, including procurement prices, payment terms, supply stability, promotional support, rebate policies, display support, and other cooperation terms.
4. Responsible for evaluating product sales potential, gross profit margin, price range, inventory turnover, competitor prices, and market demand, and continuously optimizing procurement strategies and product mix.
5. Responsible for controlling procurement costs, ensuring that the procurement costs of core products are as close as possible to the average level of large chain pharmacies/cosmeceutical channels in Indonesia.
6. Monitor Indonesian health retail market trends, competitor activities, consumer demand, and the product structure of mainstream chain pharmacies/cosmeceutical stores, providing suggestions for the company's category development.
Job Requirements:
1. Experience in Buyer, Category, Merchandising, or procurement related to Health / OTC / Vitamin & Supplement / Health Products;
2. Currently responsible for procurement, product selection, supplier communication, price negotiation, and category management. Purely managerial candidates who have completely withdrawn from frontline procurement will not be accepted;
3. Possess mature supplier resources and procurement channels, capable of directly bringing usable health-related suppliers, brands, distributors, or wholesalers to the company;
4. Familiar with the Indonesian local health / pharmacy / health and beauty retail market, understanding the product structure and price levels of mainstream chain pharmacies, drugstores, and health product channels;
5. Strong negotiation skills, able to effectively negotiate on commercial terms such as price, payment terms, rebates, promotions, display, supply stability, and new product support.
