2016-03-27: We are looking to build a little solution to be able to manage all our freelancers throughout the lifecycle:

When they apply
Testing and evaluation
Contract signing
Feelancer database management
Offering "jobs"
ranking them
Search and filtering
etc.

It is not a complicated solution but it needs to be done fast and will probably evolve as we use it.

I already started an MVP that we used to show our staff and get feedback, now is time to take it to the next level.

We need someone that can help us produce a basic scope and recommend the best way to build it using zoho creator to accomodate potential future requirements and then help us put it together and then maintain at as required.
