Your core responsibilities:

• Manage and review complex Accident & Health medical claims

• Provide medical and technical assessment and recommendations

• Interpret policy coverage, exclusions, and benefits

• Provide claim technical guidance and escalation support to claims teams

• Liaise with medical providers and internal stakeholders

Your profile:

• Educational background in Medical, Nurse

• Minimum 5 years experience in claims handling or UR nurse hospital or Third Party Payor Department

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Effective time management with the ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet varying tasks and deadlines.

• Expertise of accident & health insurance and travel insurance claim processes

• Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance standards

• Ability to interpret medical reports and travel documentation.

• Good numeracy, literacy and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with fraud detection tools and techniques
