Senior Accountant

RESPONSIBILITY

General Ledger and Journal Entries

• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reclassifications.

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and month-end closing activities.

• Prepare VAT, withholding tax, intercompany reconciliation, cost allocation, and PPV analysis.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.

• Support internal/external audits and tax-related matters.

Accounts Receivable

• Manage billing, AR reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.

• Monitor AR aging, collections, and outstanding balances.

• Follow up collections and coordinate with related parties regarding payment status.

• Prepare and record intercompany charging.

Treasury Management

• Handle daily cash receipts/payments and banking transactions.

• Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and prepare cash flow forecasts.

• Perform bank reconciliations and treasury journal entries.

• Support FX transactions, banking administration, and treasury compliance.

Fixed Assets

• Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation, and asset capitalization.

• Manage asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and physical asset verification.

• Support Capex tracking, budgeting, and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, air conditioning, or FMCG industries.

• Experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Treasury, and month-end closing.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT/WHT, cash flow, and fixed asset accounting.

• Proficient in MS Office; SAP or Oracle experience is an advantage.

• Good analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure.

• Good command of English
