Qualifications
- Bachelor of architecture
- Based in Bali or willing to move to Bali immediately
- Fluent in English
- Strong architecture background (at least 1yr experience on architecture field)
- Have experience in designing villas and residence. Commercial space is a plus
- Conceptual and technical skills, with attention detail
- Able to work with sketch up, enscape, lumion, autocad, photoshop
- Have strong knowledge about building material
- Understand about building structure (especially steel structure)
- Able to produce high quality renders
Responsibilities :
- Concepting building design from scratch based on mood board & general concept brief
- Create design development that is in accordance with the standard
- Producing 2D drawing and 3D drawing (including 3D structure)
- Producing high quality renders
- Complete the all designing phase from concepting-visualizing-detail drawing and complete any necessary corrections
