Overview of the position

To operate the weighing system accurately for all inbound and outbound coffee deliveries, ensure proper recording of weight data, and support smooth warehouse operations in compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate weighing of incoming and outgoing coffee deliveries.

• Maintain and verify weighing records and documentation.

• Report discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments.

• Ensure proper operation of weighbridge equipment.

• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and operational requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field, SMK graduates with 3–5 years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply .

• Experience in weighbridge, warehouse, or logistics operations is preferred.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Detail-oriented and accurate.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willing to work in a warehouse environment and shifts if required.
