Job Responsibilities:
Admin:
Manage and organize company documents both physically and digitally.
Prepare and maintain administrative activity reports.
Handle all correspondence and internal and external communications.
Receptionist:
Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, including filtering and forwarding calls.
Receive and distribute letters, packages, and other documents.
Provide necessary information to visitors and perform guest reception duties.
Keep the reception area tidy and organized.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience in administration and receptionist roles for at least 1-2 years (preferred).
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using computers and office software (MS Office, email, and administrative systems).
Strong organizational skills and able to multitask.
Professional demeanor and able to work well under pressure.
Good customer service skills and adaptable to various situations.
Proficiency in English is preferred
Personal Characteristics:
Friendly, polite, and capable of working well in a team.
Able to maintain confidentiality of company information.
Proactive and highly initiative in completing tasks.
