Job Summary:
The Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient business performance, and compliance with company policies and standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage

- Supervise, train, and evaluate department heads and staff members.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

- Ensure the resort's facilities, equipment, and grounds are properly maintained.
