About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Front Office/Customer Service professional to join our team in Badung, Bali on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every visitor has an outstanding experience. You will be the face of PT Queen's Tandoor, managing guest interactions with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth. This position is crucial to maintaining our reputation for exceptional hospitality and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Greeting guests upon arrival with a warm welcome and professional demeanour

  2. Managing guest check-ins, reservations, and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner

  3. Responding to guest requests and resolving concerns promptly and effectively

  4. Providing information about dining options, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience

  5. Processing payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions

  6. Coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery

  7. Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming front office environment

  8. Handling telephone inquiries and managing reservation calls professionally

  9. Addressing guest complaints with empathy and finding satisfactory solutions

  10. Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, with additional languages being advantageous

  2. Strong interpersonal abilities with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service

  3. Professional appearance and demeanour with a positive, friendly attitude

  4. Ability to remain calm and composed in busy environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  5. Prior experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality roles is preferred

  6. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reservation systems or point-of-sale software

  7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

  8. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions

  9. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  10. A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and making guests feel valued
