Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and visionary Art Director to lead the creative direction of our campaigns and content. You will be the driving force behind the visual identity of our clients' brands — from concept to execution — working closely with our Creative, Account, and Digital teams to deliver outstanding work across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own the creative vision for multiple client campaigns simultaneously

• Develop and present creative concepts, mood boards, and visual directions to internal teams and clients

• Direct and oversee the work of graphic designers, photographers, and video producers to ensure quality and consistency

• Ensure all creative output is on-brand, on-brief, and on-time

• Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to develop integrated campaign ideas

• Stay ahead of design trends, social media formats, and visual culture to keep our work fresh and relevant

• Review and approve all creative assets before client presentation or publication

• Mentor and inspire junior designers within the creative team

Qualifications

• Proficient in AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Freepik

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field

• 3–7 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team

• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-level thinking and diverse design executions

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Strong presentation and communication skills — able to sell ideas to clients confidently

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
