By being proactive in identifying discrepancies and safeguarding assets, the Cash Operations Clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and trust of our financial ecosystem.
What you will do
Cash Triage & Processing: Receive, sort, count, and verify large sums of money and checks with clinical precision, ensuring all remittances match the expected intake.
Financial Diagnostics: Verify daily kiosk records against monitoring dashboards (eTap and ecPay) to ensure physical cash on hand matches digital records.
Data Recordkeeping: Encode and maintain high-standard digital logs, including daily trigger logs and bank CIV, ensuring 100% compliance with accounting policies.
Discrepancy Intervention: Immediately report and document any variances or financial "symptoms" to superiors to ensure rapid resolution and policy adherence.
Audit Support: Assist leadership by providing necessary documentation and data evidence for internal and external auditors.
Asset Safeguarding: Adhere to "sterile" security protocols for the storage and transport of cash, ensuring zero loss or unauthorized access.
Operational Augmentation: Provide cash management support to other offices when required, ensuring the company’s "circulatory system" of cash flow never stalls.
Special Projects: Lead end-to-end processes for specialized initiatives like e-Puhunan and other innovative fintech programs.
