Finance Assitant Manager

Job Description:
Management of the end-to-end credit-to-cash cycle, including credit control, invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, revenue adjustments, and customer credit evaluation, to ensure optimal cash flow, financial accuracy, and controlled credit risk.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, economics, finance, accounting, MBA or related advanced degree preferred

• Minimum of 4-7 years of progressive experience in treasury operations, with increasing responsibility

• Experience with basic treasury functions such as cash management, payments processing, and bank reconciliations

• Understanding of internal controls and adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements

• Understanding of foreign exchange rates and how they can impact the company's financial transactions

• A strong focus on accuracy and detail in all aspects of work, especially when dealing with financial transactions

Hone critical skills needed in the corporate world:

• Familiarity with basic accounting principles related to treasury transactions and the ability to record and reconcile these transactions accurately

• Comfortable using banking portals, Treasury Management Systems (TMS), and other relevant financial software for payments, reporting, and information retrieval

• Meticulous in reviewing and processing financial information to minimize errors.

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and internal stakeholders

• Ability to accurately and efficiently process various types of payments, both domestic and international, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines
