Role Summary
We are seeking a friendly and helpful storekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our brand in a relaxed, low-traffic store. You will take care of daily needs, from guiding buyers and working the cash register to keeping the stock room tidy. The ideal person is good at fixing problems, speaks well, and cares about giving customers a great visit.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and help store visitors in a warm and kind mood.
- Help buyers find the right sports gear and answer their questions.
- Keep track of store items and make sure the shelves always look nice.
- Work as a cashier to check out buyers smoothly and wrap their items.
- Close the store at the end of the day and ensure everything is secure.
Success Metrics
- Keep high levels of customer happiness and fast answers to their needs.
- Keep the stock numbers correct and the store looking neat.
- Make sure the daily closing and cash counting are exact without stress.
