Job Description
Analyze current market trends to identify business opportunities.
Source and establish partnerships with new suppliers, including negotiating business agreements.
Negotiate promotional campaigns and marketing activities with suppliers.
Prepare and manage supplier partnership agreements and related documentation.
Assist suppliers with operational requirements to ensure they are ready to sell their products.
Supervise the loading and unloading process of supplier goods, while coordinating with the Warehouse and Event Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support suppliers in achieving their sales objectives.
Serve as the Master of Ceremonies during promotional.
Ensure product display areas and sales operations are well-organized and effectively managed.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities and ensure operational excellence.
Monitor supplier product performance by identifying best-selling and slow-moving items, and propose promotional strategies to improve sales.
Job Requirements
Female candidates are preferred.
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsible, honest, and able to work effectively under pressure.
Fast learner and willing to work in the field.
Willing to work on weekends and on a shift basis during events; outside of event periods, working hours are Monday to Friday during regular office hours.
Willing to travel and work outside the city as required.
