PT Nipsea Paint and Chemicals is looking for a PQE Supervisor to join our team at Head Office – Ancol, North Jakarta.
Job Qualifications:
Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Supervisor PQE or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of paint manufacturing processes is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong awareness and commitment to workplace safety.
Job Description:
Conduct new product trials at the laboratory scale prior to mass production.
Supervise new product production processes to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
Analyze and resolve production abnormalities and process issues.
Drive process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Perform quality inspections on semi-finished and expired products for evaluation purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support product development and problem-solving.
Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety (HSE/K3) standards.
