We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and dynamic Chef Instructor to join our academic team.
In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the next generation of culinary professionals. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality hands-on training and theoretical lectures in Cookery, Bread and Pastry Production (BPP), and DQP qualifications, ensuring students meet industry standards and regulatory requirements (TESDA).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Professional Experience: At least 1–3 years of solid industry experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or Pastry Chef in a reputable hotel, restaurant, or bakery.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in:
- Cookery (Hot kitchen, food preparation, butchery, sauces, international cuisines)
- Bread & Pastry Production (BPP) (Baking techniques, pastries, yeast breads, cake decoration)
- DQP / Specialized Culinary Programs
Certifications (Highly Preferred):
- National Certificate II (NC II) in Cookery and Bread & Pastry Production (BPP).
- TM I (Trainer's Methodology) and Assessors Credential from TESDA is a major advantage.
