Operations Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description (Responsibilities)

• Oversee and manage the daily "Port-to-Yard" Knock-Down (KD) logistics pipeline, ensuring seamless transfer, storage, and handling of disassembled components from arrival points to the designated yard.

• Coordinate the customs clearance process, ensuring all documentation, import tariffs, and regulatory requirements are met accurately to avoid transit delays.

• Act as the primary liaison between port authorities, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal yard operations to optimize clearance and delivery timelines.

• Monitor and analyze KD business operations in Subang, identifying bottlenecks in the port-to-yard flow and implementing corrective action plans to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of solid experience in logistics or supply chain management.

• Hands-on experience and deep familiarity with customs clearance procedures, import/export regulations, and shipping documentation handling.

• Willing to regularly visit the company's Subang facility multiple days per week to support business operations

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for business correspondence; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus point.

• Full willingness to be permanently stationed or placed at the company’s facility in Subang.

• Strong organizational skills, sharp problem-solving capabilities under tight transit schedules, and the ability to lead local yard or logistics personnel effectively.
