Conduct visits to architects, consultants, and developers
Present products and provide technical explanations
Ensure products are specified in project documents (drawings / BOQ)
Build and maintain strong relationships with project clients
Monitor project progress from planning to execution stage
Coordinate with the sales team to support closing process
Prepare visit reports and update project pipeline
Identify new project opportunities
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred)
Experience in project sales / building materials is an advantage
Good knowledge of building materials is required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to read technical drawings is a plus
Having network with architects/consultants is an advantage
Target-oriented and willing to work in the field
Own vehicle and valid driving license (SIM C/A)
