Process Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at Autoliv (Thailand) Ltd. As a Process Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective production of our cutting-edge automotive safety systems. This full-time position is based in Mueang Chonburi Chon Buri, Thailand.

What you'll be doing

• Designing, implementing and continuously improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality and safety

• Analyzing process data and identifying opportunities for optimization

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions

• Developing and validating new process methodologies and technologies

• Providing technical support and training to production staff

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations and internal policies

• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and driving innovation within the organization

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus on Process, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar process engineering role, preferably within the automotive industry

• Strong understanding of process design, analysis and optimization techniques

• Proficient in the use of process simulation and analysis software

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively at all levels

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

• Fluency in English and Thai languages
