General Practitioner - Telehealth Case Conferencing

We are seeking experienced General Practitioners for a fully remote telehealth position, delivering structured case conferencing and chronic disease management for veterans and patients with complex, multi-system health needs.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA)
• Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM (VR GP), or eligibility for 19AB exemption in a DPA location (Central Coast, Newcastle)
• Experience in chronic disease management, preventative health, and complex care coordination
• Competence in prescribing, referrals, and investigation management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams
• A suitable home-office environment and reliable internet connection for telehealth delivery
