About the Role
Bali International Hospital is seeking a highly dedicated and compassionate General Practitioner (GP) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional, patient-centered primary care within a modern, internationally standardized healthcare environment.
You will play a vital role in ensuring accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and seamless coordination of care, contributing to outstanding patient outcomes and experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality primary medical care and clinical consultation to patients.
Perform comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up management.
Ensure clinical decision-making aligns with evidence-based practice and hospital standards.
Collaborate closely with specialists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams for integrated patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
Deliver clear, empathetic communication to patients and their families regarding diagnosis and treatment plans.
Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, quality, and service excellence.
Requirements
Medical Doctor (MD) degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
Active and valid STR (Medical Registration Certificate).
Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting; fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
Strong clinical competence in primary care and general practice.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and basic digital tools.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multidisciplinary environment.
Strong commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and continuous quality improvement.
