Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Min. 5 years experience in business development / expansion (F&B/retail preferred)
Experience in telephone sales, site acquisition, leasing, or outlet expansion
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good analytical and market evaluation ability
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Willing to travel for site visits
Fluent in English or Mandarin is a plus

Identify new locations and expansion opportunities
Conduct site survey and feasibility study
Negotiate lease agreements with landlords/malls
Coordinate new store opening with internal teams
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Manage expansion pipeline and ensure timely execution
Maintain relationships with landlords and partners
