What We're Looking For:
Individuals who is comfortable meeting new people and building close relations with clients; treating them well genuinely and able to initiate lively interactions (telling jokes, witty remarks, etc).
Responsibilities:
Able to connect with clients, creating engaging and enjoyable interactions that make clients feel comfortable and at ease.
Skilled in small talk, finding conversation topics, and being sociable.
Able to keep up with high-profile clients: officials, public figures, entrepreneurs, managerial level executives; able to match their interaction style (updated with current trends and news).
Able to identify clients' needs and provide the best advice/solutions for them; acting as a consultant rather than just a store salesperson.
Able to build and maintain genuine/sincere relationships with clients, to the point of being considered a friend by clients.
Striving to achieve monthly sales targets.
Organized in handling administrative tasks related to client follow-ups, clients' order details, and after-sales service.
Assisting and participating in activities that support the business operations and development of Batik Wolter.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in both Indonesian and basic English communication (written & verbal).
Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Proactive, responsive, and capable of problem-solving in client-facing situations.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Able to adapt communication style based on different client profiles (Must be able to remember clients' backgrounds and preferences).
Proficient in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Spreadsheet.
Understanding of client management, product knowledge, and basic negotiation skills.
Prior experience in client relations, sales, or hospitality, as well as interest in fashion/lifestyle industry, will be an advantage.
