About The Job

We are seeking a skilled Market Insight Analyst with 1-2 years of data analysis experience to join our team in Hong Kong, delivering insights across industries like tech, finance, retail, and more. This role centers on AI-powered data analysis, visualization, and report building to fuel strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply AI tools for market trend analysis, predictive modeling, and competitive intelligence from diverse data sources.

• Clean, process, and analyze datasets using SQL/Python to generate forecasts and actionable recommendations.

• Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards via Power BI/Tableau for executive reporting.

• Produce polished reports with insights, narratives, and KPIs to guide decision-making. Identify growth opportunities through data-driven recommendations.

• Automate analytical workflows and support ad-hoc queries for cross-industry projects.

About You

Core Competencies

• Bachelor's in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in market research, competitive intelligence, or media analytics.

• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables), Power BI/Tableau, and basic Python/SQL

• Experience with AI platforms or tools to query, synthesize, and extract insights from complex datasets, accelerating market research and trend analysis.

• Experience in data visualization, automation, and clear reporting.

• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written)

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills for presenting insights.

Preferred Qualities & Qualifications

• Strong "business common sense" regarding the Hong Kong commercial landscape.

• Curious to learn about diverse sectors (Tech, Finance, Retail, etc.) and how social sentiment impacts different business models.

• Broad multi-industry knowledge with an understanding of public opinion trends and the ability to adapt insights to different business models.
