We are a Holding Company seeking an experienced HRGA Manager to support our Mining, Mineral Trading businesses. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in strategic HR management, industrial relations, payroll, compensation & benefits, organizational development, compliance, and general affairs. This role will be responsible for driving people initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth through effective human capital and administrative management.
Job Scope:
Support business transformation, restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and organizational effectiveness programs.
Lead recruitment, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Drive organizational change and continuous improvement programs.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding.
Drive HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives and are familiar with HR system implementations.
Responsible for executing payroll operations, calculating employee salaries and benefits, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll disbursement.
Ensure compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and aligned with market practices.
Support reward and recognition programs that reinforce organizational culture and performance.
Manage industrial relations initiatives to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment.
Guide disciplinary actions, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, including 4–5 years in a Managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR strategy, organizational development, industrial relations, labor law, compensation & benefits, and HR operations.
Proven experience in HR system implementation, HR digitalization, and process automation initiatives.
Strong understanding of payroll management, statutory compliance, BPJS administration, and Indonesian employment regulations.
Solid knowledge of PPh 21 calculation and employee annual tax reconciliation.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in the mining industry.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
