About the role
Bali Coastal Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects in beautiful Bali. As a full-time, on-site role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction initiatives, supervising a team of skilled tradespeople and coordinating all aspects of the construction process.
What you'll be doing
Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines and safety protocols
Coordinate and supervise the work of tradespeople, subcontractors and other site personnel to optimise productivity and efficiency
Monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise, and communicate updates to the project management team
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations and quality standards
Implement and enforce robust health and safety practices to protect the wellbeing of the site team
Liaise with clients, architects and other stakeholders to address their needs and concerns
Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures
What we're looking for
Substantial experience (minimum 1 years) as a Site Supervisor or equivalent role in the construction industry
Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively coordinate and lead a diverse team
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans and specifications
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with construction project management software and digital tools
