Key Responsibilities:
- Main liaison with the brand affiliate PICs to drive brand strategy, prioritization and KPIs.
- Identify and recruit new creators.
- Monitor KPI performance and work with team to provide optimization action points.
- Take briefs, deliver affiliate grids, supervise affiliate executives in running campaigns.
- Work with the data analytics team to provide timely content and GMV report, insights, and drive optimization strategies.
