About the Job

Your role as a Visual Merchandiser Support Intern will involve supporting the Visual Merchandising team in managing visual merchandising assets, coordinating operational activities, and ensuring the availability of store display materials to support retail operations and brand presentation.

In This role, you will get to :

• Support the management and administration of visual merchandising assets, including fixtures, props, and display materials.
• Assist in monitoring the availability, condition, and movement of VM assets to support store and event requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support the preparation and distribution of visual merchandising materials.
• Assist in organizing storage areas and maintaining accurate records of visual merchandising assets.
• Support the execution of store display setups, booth installations, and other visual merchandising activities as required.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to visual merchandising operations and asset management.

What you'll need to Success:

1. Fresh Graduates or final-year students in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, Industrial Engineering, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for documentation and reporting.
4. Basic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, or Canva is an advantage.
5. Able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Proactive, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic retail environment.
7. Have an interest in retail operations, visual merchandising, and store display management.
8. Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung, West Java.
