Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in creative production, content planning, social media, or a related field.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills with the ability to transform ideas into engaging content.
- Experienced in planning and managing end-to-end content production.
- Familiar with social media trends, content strategies, and digital marketing.
- Able to operate mirrorless cameras and understand basic photography, videography, and lighting setups.
- Familiar with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, CapCut AI, Midjourney, or similar) to support creative workflows.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage content calendars, production schedules, and creative timelines.
- Lead end-to-end content production, from ideation and pre-production to shooting and final execution.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, photographers, and the marketing team to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Direct on-site content production, including talent briefing, shot planning, and quality control.
- Research social media trends, consumer insights, and emerging creative formats to generate fresh content ideas.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to support ideation, content planning, and production efficiency.
- Ensure all creative outputs are delivered on time and align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
