Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated, results-driven, and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our company's products and services. Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's products and services to new and existing clients.
Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Manage and update social media platforms and online marketplace listings.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or the construction/building materials industry is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media marketing is an advantage.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
Can work with minimal supervision.
Applicants residing or near Sta. Cruz, Manila are preferred.
Can start immediately.
