Job Description


We are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our Jakarta office. This role is suitable for candidates who are strong in administration, coordination, and office operations, while also supporting recruitment and general affairs activities.


The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced working environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office administrative tasks and reporting.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
  • Support recruitment administration and onboarding processes.
  • Manage documentation, filing, and employee records.
  • Assist with office operational needs and general affairs matters.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and internal enquiries professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and support smooth office operations.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining organised records.
  • Support online class coordination and student administration when required.



Requirements

  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented and responsible.
  • Good written and spoken English is highly preferred.
  • Experience in administration, HR, GA, or recruitment support is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Minimum Experience in the position 1 - 2 years
