Backend Developer (Java / Golang)
RequirementsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in backend development.
Proficient in at least one backend programming language: Java or Golang.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
Familiar with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Experience working with Linux environments and application deployment processes.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices to support business requirements.
Integrate backend services with databases and external systems.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development and production environments.
Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Support deployment activities and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps initiatives.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to system design and development.
Continuously improve application quality, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
