Established in 1993, Communicate Equip Connect (CEC) is a trusted language education institution committed to providing high-quality and engaging learning experiences.

We teach students from kindergarten to adults through creative, practical, and continuously developed learning programs. At CEC, we believe that great teachers play an important role in helping students build confidence, develop their language skills, and enjoy the learning process.

We are currently looking for passionate and enthusiastic English and Mandarin Teachers to join our teaching team.

What You'll Do

• Deliver engaging and interactive English or Mandarin lessons to students of various age groups, from kindergarten to adults.

• Prepare and conduct lessons based on CEC's curriculum and learning objectives.

• Create a positive, fun, and supportive classroom environment.

• Monitor and evaluate students' learning progress through assignments, quizzes, tests, and classroom activities.

• Provide constructive feedback and motivate students to achieve their learning goals.

• Maintain accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and evaluations.

• Participate in teacher training sessions and workshops provided by CEC.

• Collaborate with fellow teachers and academic teams to share ideas and improve teaching methods.

• Use technology and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Languages, Linguistics, Education, Teaching, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in English or Mandarin (depending on the position applied for), including excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about teaching and working with students of different age groups.

• Patient, responsible, disciplined, and well-organized.

• Creative and able to make lessons engaging and enjoyable.

• Comfortable using computers, educational technology, and multimedia resources.

• Willing to teach offline/in-person classes.

• Willing to teach students from kindergarten to adult level.

Additional qualifications such as TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, HSK, or other relevant teaching/language certifications are an advantage.
