About the Role
We're hiring Brand Strategists, each in charge of 2 to 3 outlets, to drive sales and traffic across both offline and online channels, while keeping brand consistency across their outlets.
Your Main Focus: Drive Traffic to Drive Sales
- Keep a solid social media content plan running for your outlets
- Make sure your outlets get proper coverage on our central social media accounts
- Coverage is usually handled by our agency, but step in yourself when something's last-minute and the agency can't cover it in time
- Plan and run event and partnership activations from start to finish to bring in traffic and visibility
- Work with the KOL team to find and line up creators for TikTok Go voucher promotions
- Track and report on sales, traffic, and content performance for your outlets
Other Ways You'll Drive Sales
- Manage content, thumbnails, and ratings for your outlets across food delivery apps (GoFood, GrabFood, ShopeeFood) and Qpon
- Keep thumbnails and banners fresh and appealing with regular refreshes
- Monitor and work to improve ratings and reviews
- Stay proactive and resourceful about hitting sales and rating targets
Brand Basics
- Keep packaging, in-store materials, uniforms, and outlet decor consistent with brand guidelines
- Do regular brand checks on your outlets
- Chip in on light competitor and trend research when needed
What We're Looking For
- Experience in content or marketing for F&B or retail, genuinely focused on driving traffic and sales
- Data-driven — comfortable looking at numbers (sales, ratings, engagement) to decide what to do next, not just going by gut feel
- Comfortable producing content yourself, not just briefing others
- Understands what drives action on social media, delivery apps, and TikTok
- Experience running events or partnerships end-to-end is a big plus
- Comfortable coordinating with agencies, KOLs, vendors, and partners
- Proactive mindset — tests things, adjusts quickly, steps in fast when needed
- Willing to visit outlets in person when needed
