The Operations Manager role of cleaning service company requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can lead teams both in the office and in the field ensuring service quality, manpower efficiency, client satisfaction, and operational profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of all residential and commercial projects
• Ensure efficient scheduling and deployment of manpower and equipment
• Monitor service quality and compliance with company standards and SOPs
• Conduct site visits and operational inspections when necessary
• Implement systems and process improvements to increase efficiency
• Lead and supervise Operations Supervisors, Inventory Team, and field personnel
• Monitor manpower performance, attendance, and productivity
• Conduct coaching, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure proper manpower planning and contingency staffing
Client Management
• Handle escalations, client concerns, and service recovery initiatives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure timely submission of operational reports and action plans
Financial and Performance Management
• Monitor project profitability and operational expenses
• Manage inventory and equipment utilization
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives and operational improvements
• Track operational KPIs and provide regular updates to management
Strategic Support
• Work directly with the President in executing company initiatives
• Participate in business planning and expansion projects
• Develop scalable systems to support company growth
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality
Management, or related field
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in operations, facilities management,
housekeeping, manpower services, property management, or service industries
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva
• Willing to conduct field visits and oversee multiple project sites in Metro Manila
• Highly accountable, proactive, and results-driven
