We continues to expand its presence in the agribusiness and fertilizer industry, we are looking for a motivated Marketing Commercial Support professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities, both online and offline.
- Coordinate with internal teams, distributors, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of commercial programs.
- Assist in organizing events, exhibitions, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare and maintain marketing and commercial documentation, reports, and records.
- Monitor campaign activities and collect relevant data for performance tracking and reporting.
- Support the preparation of promotional materials and marketing collateral.
- Maintain accurate databases, sales reports, and campaign documentation.
- Assist the sales and marketing teams with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures and timelines.
Qualifications
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to travel when required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing support, campaign management, event coordination, or administrative roles is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the agriculture, agribusiness, or fertilizer industry is a plus.
- Experience in preparing reports and managing data is preferred.
