- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end online and offline events, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue-generating activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute promotional campaigns and event amplification strategies.
- Manage event preparation, logistics, operations, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event activities.
- Develop event timelines, run sheets, operational checklists, budgets, and event reporting documentation.
- Ensure successful event delivery within budget, timeline, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchant, Creative Design, Product, Engineering, and external partners, to execute marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, sponsors, strategic partners, and communities to ensure effective project execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication, alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to organizational processes, standards, and best practices.
- Prepare campaign and event performance reports, including key metrics, business insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Analyze campaign and event performance to identify optimization opportunities and improve future initiatives.
- Support the evaluation of business impact, customer acquisition, customer engagement, revenue contribution, and return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize campaign amplification activities across online and offline channels to maximize brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversion outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong creative thinking and ideation capabilities.
