Lead Wind Technician will be responsible for onsite operations, maintenance, repairs, and replacement of equipment, leading corrective campaigns, mentoring field crews, and ensuring safety and technical excellence in turbine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in wind turbine field service.
- Vestas platform experience preferred (V47, V100).
- Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills.
- Comfortable working at heights, confined spaces, and in outdoor environments.
- Able to work on call for site coverage
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel from time to time for training or to assist on other projects.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Must pass a background check, MVR, and drug test.
