About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join PT Jones Lang LaSalle in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, tenants, and visitors. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for many individuals interacting with our properties and services, making your role essential to maintaining the high standards of hospitality and professionalism that PT Jones Lang LaSalle is known for. You will be responsible for providing personalised assistance, managing inquiries, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence in real estate and property management.

Key responsibilities

  1. Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and tenants in a professional and courteous manner

  2. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel

  3. Provide information about building facilities, services, and local area recommendations

  4. Assist with booking meeting rooms, facilities, and arranging services for clients and tenants

  5. Handle administrative tasks such as receiving and distributing mail and parcels

  6. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and common spaces

  7. Respond promptly to requests and concerns from building occupants

  8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

  9. Keep detailed records of visitor information and service requests

  10. Support special events and property functions as required


What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with diverse individuals

  2. Professional demeanour with a strong commitment to customer service excellence

  3. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and office software applications

  5. Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous

  6. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

  7. Previous experience in a hospitality, reception, or customer service role is preferred

  8. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments

  9. A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients

  10. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
