About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join PT Jones Lang LaSalle in South Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, tenants, and visitors. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for many individuals interacting with our properties and services, making your role essential to maintaining the high standards of hospitality and professionalism that PT Jones Lang LaSalle is known for. You will be responsible for providing personalised assistance, managing inquiries, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence in real estate and property management.
Key responsibilities
Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and tenants in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or personnel
Provide information about building facilities, services, and local area recommendations
Assist with booking meeting rooms, facilities, and arranging services for clients and tenants
Handle administrative tasks such as receiving and distributing mail and parcels
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area and common spaces
Respond promptly to requests and concerns from building occupants
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Keep detailed records of visitor information and service requests
Support special events and property functions as required
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with diverse individuals
Professional demeanour with a strong commitment to customer service excellence
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using computer systems and office software applications
Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in a hospitality, reception, or customer service role is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments
A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for clients
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
