Qualifications :
Minimum D3/S1 from any major.
Minimum 1 year experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (handling large data).
Good English communication skills.
Familiar with ERP or Accurate software is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Job Descriptions :
Processing orders and ensuring that they are accurate and complete.
Collecting and analyzing sales data, generating reports, and providing insights to the sales team
Assist with various administrative tasks, such as managing the sales team's calendars, preparing quotations for the sales team & any documents needed for tender/ project
Managing customer data and updating sales records in the ERP system.
Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and technical to ensure that the sales team has the resources and support they need to be successful.
Make sure all maintenance agreements are updated and collaborate with Inside Sales to handle the agreement
Responsible for providing regular reports to the Sales Manager on the performance of their jobs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
