Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Architecture 2D/3D, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, V-Ray for rendering, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to be placed at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading.
Job Description
- Assist tenants during the fit-out process from the initial design stage until the opening of the rental unit, both technically and administratively.
- Follow up with tenants from the deal process until the opening of the rental unit.
- Handle correspondence with tenants in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Encourage tenants to submit/store visual displays according to the agreed schedule.
- Maintain the standardization of mall rental unit designs, especially in Civil, Architectural, and MEP-related building installations.
- Prepare the physical condition of the unit, including electricity, exhaust, fresh air, and other requirements according to each tenant’s needs.
- Control and supervise all fit-out work from the beginning until the opening of each rental unit.
- Conduct checklists for rental units during and after opening, and follow up on defect list items until the unit condition is fully completed.
