You'll play a key role in supporting clients and helping to deliver seamless yacht administration services.
Responsibilities
- Assist with yacht and vessel registrations, renewals, transfers, and deletions.
- Support clients with crew documentation, endorsements, authorisations, and Seaman Book applications.
- Prepare and process documentation related to vessel registrations, mortgages, radio licences, ownership transfers, and name changes.
- Assist with applications relating to yacht administration, corporate structures, and import/export procedures.
- Maintain accurate client records, databases, filing systems, and internal registers.
- Liaise with maritime authorities, regulators, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor regulatory updates and support compliance with maritime requirements.
- Assist with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and administrative support functions.
- Work closely with operational and finance teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
- A-Level, Diploma, Certification, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience within maritime, shipping, yachting, or a similar administrative environment is considered an asset.
- Exposure to international clients, authorities, or regulatory processes will be advantageous.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Professional, discreet, and client-focused approach.
