Shadow Teacher

Darsyafii School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Shadow Teacher to provide individualized support for students with diverse learning needs. We are looking for someone who is patient, proactive, and committed to helping every child reach their full potential within an inclusive Sunnah learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support for students during classroom learning and school activities.

• Assist students in following classroom routines, instructions, and learning objectives.

• Support students’ academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development.

• Collaborate closely with homeroom teachers, subject teachers, and parents regarding student progress.

• Observe, document, and report student development regularly.

• Encourage student independence while providing appropriate guidance and assistance.

• Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment.

• Uphold Sunnah values and school policies in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Education, or a related field.

• Previous experience working with children, especially children with additional learning needs, is preferred.

• Patient, caring, responsible, and able to work collaboratively.

• Good communication and observation skills.

• Passionate about supporting children’s growth and development.

• Able to communicate in English is an advantage.
