Job Overview
An effective closer at IOI is a strategic listener and a trust-builder. You will succeed not through aggressive persuasion, but by diagnosing client challenges, presenting tailored agency solutions, and instilling the confidence prospects need to finalize the partnership.
Duties & Responsibilities
Deal Finalization & Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by closing high-value new business opportunities and project accounts.
Consultative Discovery: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with qualified leads. Prioritize listening over pitching, spending the majority of the time asking thoughtful questions to uncover the client's true operational pain points.
Tailored Solution Mapping: Collaborate closely with internal agency teams to design bespoke project proposals, costing structures, and KPI frameworks that directly solve the prospect's challenges.
Trust-Based Negotiation: Lead contract and pricing negotiations with honesty and credibility, ensuring a win-win scenario that sets the foundation for a sustainable partnership.
Pipeline Optimization: Laser-focus energy on high-potential strategic accounts and white-label/channel partnerships, efficiently filtering out low-value prospects to maximize closing velocity.
Stakeholder Navigation: Guide enterprise prospects through complicated, multi-tiered corporate decision-making and procurement processes.
Seamless Handover: Maintain professional, highly responsive communication throughout the closing cycle, ensuring a smooth transition of newly closed accounts to the Client Services and Account Management teams.
Job Specifications
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field.
Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development functions, with a documented track record of closing high-ticket deals.
Demonstrated ability to close deals with a minimum value of ₱3M-5M throughout your sales career.
Industry Context: Experience working within an agency setup, trade/channel marketing, or professional services is highly preferred.
Candidates with strong professional services experience will be considered alongside those with agency background.

Advanced Active Listening: The ability to read between the lines, understand subtle client objections, and address the root cause of hesitation.
Strategic Thinking: Able to grasp complex business models quickly and articulate how IOI's core and new services drive ROI.
High Emotional Intelligence (EQ): A natural ability to build authentic rapport and trust quickly with C-level executives and stakeholders in Makati's corporate landscape.
Flawless Communication: Stellar presentation and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
